About Bistro- Pizzeria & Cafe
We are a dine-in and take-out restaurant in Calgary, AB, specializing in authentic Mediterranean cuisine and gourmet twelve-inch pizzas. We opened our doors less than a year ago and have already started creating a loyal following for our dishes.
We offer a wide range of salads, appetizers, sandwiches, Paninis, wraps, and mouth-watering main courses. We also serve delicious desserts, freshly brewed coffees, teas, smoothies, and homemade lemonade.
We serve customers across Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Alberta, Montreal, Quebec, Vancouver, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. Our restaurant operates from 8 am to 11 pm.

One aspect that makes us second to none is our casual environment which makes guests feel at home. Our motto is ‘every customer counts,’ and we live that philosophy day in day out.
What also sets us apart is that we provide quality food at a fair price. So whether a guest orders the roasted Rosemary Paprika chicken or the seafood dish of the day, we are confident that our chefs can cook it better than our competitors.
One of our significant achievements has been keeping inventory and labor costs under control. At full capacity, we have ten motivated employees that work as a team to provide exceptional customer service, which has made us successful.
Our dream for the future is to grow the business into a franchise model. In this endeavor, our founder, Fauzi Azouz, has a proven track record in running profitable restaurants for over thirty years and is motivated to achieve the goal.
While we are passionate about what we do, we also care about protecting the environment, so we recycle and compost waste. We also communicate through online correspondence to cut down on paper.
